Copyright & DMCA Policy

• A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

Submit notices to: support@fanthq.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Fanthq will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Take appropriate enforcement action (e.g., warnings, strikes, suspension)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your name and contact details
• Identification of the removed content
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (or appropriate jurisdiction)
• Your signature

Fanthq may restore the content if no legal action is filed within the required timeframe.

Fanthq enforces a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly violate copyright may have their accounts:

• Suspended
• Permanently terminated

Submitting false claims may result in legal liability. You agree to act in good faith when submitting notices or counter-notices.
